We have an experienced team, knowledgeable in all areas of family law and with extensive experience of working in Bradford. Having practiced family law in the Bradford District for over 10 years our solicitors are familiar with the cultural issues which impact upon family law and are able to advise accordingly.
Although we undertake all types of family law work, our primary focus is assisting those involved with social services. This includes things such as Child Protection Case Conferences or PLO meetings, as well as formal proceedings brought by Local Authorities to place children in foster care. We utilise our years of experience and specialist knowledge to offer clients no nonsense advice.

Children In Care
We frequently represent parents whose children have been removed into care or where the Local Authority have applied to Court to approve a plan to remove the children.

Voluntary Accommodation (Section 20)
We are familiar with Social Services’ use of voluntary accommodation (s20 Consent) to place children in foster care.
Children Proceedings
